After a long day in the Boston Area, I stopped in after walking from my hotel & had a mojito and then settled into a "coconut haddock with a freshly squeezed orange rum cream sauce" cooked perfectly. Then finished with a bread pudding with pineapple. Hard to teach a Southerner about bread pudding but it was superb.
