Unpleasant, but decent food

I saw a review on the internet that suggested this place for breakfast. It is only 2 blocks from the Bristol Hotel where we stayed. However, they serve only one breakfast, full English. It’s hard to screw up a full English breakfast, and these folks are in the middle of the pack. The service is lackadaisical at best. The old man who owns the place manages to fumigate the outdoor eating area with his chain smoking. And I do not like being treated as though service is a favor to me. There are more pleasant places.
