Their names were Frick and Frack and if anything, their names meant trouble.
It was a gorgeous sunny day in southern Michigan. In my studio I was up to my elbows in silk dupioni, satin, and elegant vintage laces. The project: create fabulous gowns to parade around the Somewhere in Time Weekend on Mackinac Island in the Fall. Biting a lip, I worried about my critics and what they would think of my gored skirts, soutouche work, and hand beading. Turning around- I realized that my two toughtest critics were sitting on the paisly throw on my sofa watching. With one meow, success... but with two- ultimate doom.
In my mind, Anna Wintour would be an easier critic, than my two furry friends. They watch dilligently as their human madly beads yet another edwardian gown.
These cats are soooo cute! Their eye color is amazing!
Two beautiful kittys!! Love those eyes! Are they related?
They are brother and sister. I had a friend who was a vet... my cat died from cancer, and i got a call one aftgernoon. He told me to come to his office that he had something for me. I wasn't allowed to separate them.. so they both came home. They are the best babies in the world :D
