Static in a world of changing fashion and not quite where Peterman would / might likely want to be exactly but a great statement of most of us coursing through life. Should fashion capture a classic moment? Or is it an idea to anticipate all time?
Another thought about fashion's fickle, yet constant metamorphis ... don't most of us look back at our old photographs, with a certain jaded eye, and more than a little amount of hilarious horror, aghast as we shout out ... what in the frick was I thinking!
In retrospect, it's all a matter of the times we've traveled through mixed with the vaguries of personal taste. And, unless one is very careful to be uber stylish, classically unique, and slightly off market, like Peterman ... we will always remain slaves to the frivolous fashion powers that be. There got a plug in for ya J.P. And, you rock Timmy!
